Please read these policies and terms very carefully. All sales and services are subject to these policies. Please call us if you have any questions. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable, and we cannot make exceptions. We also reserve the right to modify or change the Policies and Terms at our sole discretion. Orders placed after any modifications or changes take place will be subject to the new Policies and Terms.
We will work with you to optimize your design to work with our service offerings. While we assist with color correction and optimization required, our design services are limited to preparing your artwork (digitizing) for use in our services. Please read Our Logo Design Process for a detailed outline of the process.
Designing a logo or your artwork will require additional time and expense. You must call us to discuss your requirements.
We offer special pricing to youth organizations and not-for-profit organizations the meet our criteria. Only qualified organizations will be eligible for the program. Please contact us to see if your organization qualifies for this program.
We normally do not accept customer provided product. If we do accept product (at our sole discretion), there will be additional fees and charges for handling and setup. In addition, our guarantee will not apply to any services provided on customer provided product.
We will take customary and reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products to us assume all risk of damage associated with the customizing process.
We are committed to meeting our delivery schedules with our customers, and our standard delivery time is 10 business days. If you require your order earlier than 10 business days, you will need to call us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, rush orders often result in a need to have our staff work overtime, which requires us to charge rush fees.
Standard Rush Charges
Depending on our production schedule, the timing and complexity of your job, and the ability to obtain the blank products, we may consider waiving or reducing the rush charges.

No refunds will be made on product that has been altered, worn or washed. If an ordered is cancelled prior to the altering being done, a refund may be given on any products that can be returned to stock less a 20% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for the services not rendered, but no refund will be made on services performed. However, under no circumstances will a refund be given, other than under guarantee discussed below, after 10 days of the invoice date.
All returns must be approve in writing by us in advance of returning any product. Any returns sent without prior approval or COD will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping to return the product.
We guarantee the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If you are not happy with the design work and you do not approve the design work, we will not charge you for our services. All quality issues with the completed customizing must be identified at time of delivery and communicated to us immediately.
If there are are any workmanship or product failure issues, we will, at our sole discretion, refund or replace your product for no charge. Unless there is a workmanship failure (normal wear and tear or abuse are not covered), no refunds or replacements will be given. This guarantee is valid for 90 days after the invoice date.
This guarantee does not apply to services on customer provided product.
All orders shipped will be sent via Fed Ex or US Post Office ground. If you need your product sooner, you must request expedited shipment at the time of your order, which will result in higher shipping charges on the order.

By submitting a design to Garcia's Custom Embroidery ("GCE"), or using logos stored on this site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
Furthermore, you warrant and represent to GCE that the design in no way:
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against GCE which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided GCE gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against GCE and its affiliates pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold GCE harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit of proceeding.
